At Unique Kulture, we want you to shop with confidence and truly love your purchase.
Returns

Eligibility: Most new, unused items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned.

No restocking fee: Returns for store credit are not subject to a restocking fee.
How to Start a Return

Email support@unique-kulture.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and the reason for your return.

Wait for approval and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once approved, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label (cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit).

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 5–7 business days.

If approved, we will issue your store credit (minus any original and return shipping costs) for use on any future Unique Kulture purchase.

Store credit never expires and can be redeemed at any time.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please contact us at support@unique-kulture.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, to your original payment method.
