Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

Be in the exact condition it was received (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).

Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@unique-kulture.com within 7 days of receiving your item.

Wait for approval and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label (the cost of which will also be deducted from your refund).

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued after we have received and inspected the returned item. If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days, minus the restocking fee and shipping costs.
