We strive to deliver quality products and accurate orders. All sales are final except for the cases outlined below.
Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted for products proven to be defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.

No returns for change of mind, wrong size, color preference, or dislike.

Sale, clearance, gift cards, personalized, and final sale products are strictly non-returnable.

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Late requests will not be accepted.

Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from eligible refunds.
How To Request a Return

Email support@unique-kulture.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a detailed issue description, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Wait for our approval and return instructions. Unauthorized or unapproved returns will not be accepted or returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is confirmed as damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Include your order number inside the package to ensure prompt processing.
Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection.

The 15% restocking fee and any applicable shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Only items returned in original, unopened condition within the 7-day window and with prior authorization are eligible.

Refunds will not be issued for returns received late, in poor/used condition, or sent without approval.
